Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and risk assessments. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and manage project budgets. Track expenditures, approve variations, and minimize cost overruns. Ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations. Quality & Safety Management Enforce safety standards, quality checks, and regulatory compliance. Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and statutory norms. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation—progress reports, drawings, RFI logs, contractor bills, etc. Report progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.
