Project Manager Location: Austin, TX Gordon Highlander is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million+. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results. As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, leading project teams while ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve challenges, and play a key role in the continued growth of our business. The Project Manager honors the Gordon Highlander Client Centricity Culture and is a collaborative, cross-functional team player with a servant's heart. This leader is committed to delivering exceptional client experience while fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders.
