This individual will play a critical role in helping the organization define its long-term vision for data, establish governance structures, plan and implement comprehensive change management activities, and launch a portfolio of initiatives that will ensure Energy Trust’s data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for use in strategic business opportunities and on-going decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proven project leader with a PMP certification and a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. Core skills include schedule management, requirements gathering, scope definition, and progress tracking, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable project plans. Experience in data-related projects—such as data governance, architecture, analytics, or enterprise information management—is strongly preferred.
