About the Client Our client is seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Business Systems & Project Manager to support operational improvement initiatives across the business. This is neither a purely IT-focused role nor a strictly manufacturing-focused position. It is a hands-on operational role suited for someone who can effectively coordinate people, manage priorities, and drive project execution while also improving the digital systems that support day-to-day operations. The primary focus of this role is ensuring execution through people — creating accountability, assigning ownership, and maintaining follow-through across teams through disciplined project management practices. A secondary focus is business systems analysis, particularly around digital workflows and internal process optimization. Experience within manufacturing, industrial operations, or engineering-driven environments is highly preferred.
