Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope. Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Manage dependencies across systems such as core banking, digital channels, fraud management, and payment gateways. Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in project management within the banking domain. Strong knowledge of cards lifecycle (issuance, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes). Proven experience in Payments and Card Management Systems (CMS).
