Bounteous is seeking a Senior Project & Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with clients and leading all phases of digital projects, including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements gathering and prioritization, iterative development, testing (manual and automated), and delivery.
In this role, you will manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, often balancing competing priorities while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for guiding prioritization, directing cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with client expectations from project inception through completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of project management experience of progressively increasing responsibility with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience a plus.

• 5+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager
• Exposure to a wide variety of management techniques including Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall
• Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people
• Managed distributed or remote team members
• Experience delivering large digital-related projects ($1MM+, 9+ months)
• In-depth understanding of the digital development process and technologies
• Proven organizational skills and focused attention to detail
• Experience in both Confluence / JIRA or equivalent tools for software development
• Experience/proficiency in SmartSheets a plus
• Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), and Google Analytics a plus
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
• Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and experience with policies such as Sarbanes-Oxley, PCI, and/or CAN-SPAM a plus
  $93,000 - $125,000 a year
  Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.

• Lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver digital projects in a fast-paced environment

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining a high level of client and internal satisfaction
• Proactively monitor and report on scope changes, budget usage, and timeline risks
• Provide weekly project status updates with transparency on budget, schedule, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery
• Facilitate effective meetings with clear agendas, discussions, and actionable next steps
• Foster collaboration within project teams, resolving conflicts productively and supporting team success
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) across disciplines and seniority levels, adapting style to different audiences
• Partner with Client Services and Business Development to scope, size, and solution new opportunities
• Work with clients and product owners to translate business goals into working solutions
• Leverage tools like OpenAir and Jira to track resources, monitor progress, and provide accurate reporting
• Develop domain expertise in client industries to drive meaningful results
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, deliverables, and standards
• Report to the Program Director and support initiatives to improve delivery efficiency
