These roles will focus on Resource Allocation for Tech Stack Rationalization and will be critical to restarting momentum on stalled initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of tech stack rationalization sprints over a 12–24 week period. Ensure disciplined project management around scope, timeline, and deliverables for each sprint. Collaborate with Burwood and client stakeholders to optimize resources and ensure alignment with business priorities. Provide fixed-fee pricing estimates and manage delivery within those constraints. Drive transparent communication, reporting on risks, dependencies, and progress. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards, as work is conducted in an M&A environment. Qualifications Who You Are 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT rationalization, M&A integration, or systems optimization.
