We’re looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead multiple remodel projects from start to finish, ensuring they run on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Your Role:
As our Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every project’s success, managing job sites, building strong client relationships, and coordinating contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Site Oversight: Manage daily operations, subcontractor schedules, and crew productivity.
• Client Relationship: Act as the main point of contact, providing updates and resolving concerns quickly.
• Inspection Management: Schedule, coordinate, and ensure all inspections are passed.
• Contractor Consultation: Collaborate with trades, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain quality control.
• Budget & Timeline: Track costs, manage change orders, and keep projects on schedule.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Enforce safety protocols and maintain organized job sites.
• Documentation: Prepare contracts, progress reports, and project documentation.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of residential construction project management experience (bathrooms, kitchens, basements preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
