Description du poste et Missions Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste Project Finance en CDI basé à Villeneuve d’Ascq F/H Votre cadre de travail : Basé à Villeneuve d’Ascq, au sein de notre QG, vous intégrez la Direction financière et en particulier l’équipe Investment & Project Finance, composée de 6 personnes. Vous interagissez en interne avec les équipes développement en tant que Business Partner au sein des équipes projet. Ce que nous allons faire ensemble : L’analyste project finance conseille et accompagne les équipes opérationnelles sur le montage financier des opérations de promotion et d’aménagement portées par Nhood pour le compte de ses clients. Vous élaborez et suivez les plans de financement des projets selon la stratégie immobilière définie pour répondre aux enjeux de rentabilité, de trajectoire financière et de delais des clients de Nhood. Vous êtes le garant de la performance financière de chaque projet de votre portefeuille. A ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes : Conseiller et accompagner les equipes developpement : Participe au montage des projets sur les problématiques financières complexes Veille au respect de l’intérêt financier de l’investisseur et à la bonne création de valeur, notamment en challengeant les hypothèses d’élaboration des business plans, bilans et plans de trésorerie. Cartographie les risques et opportunités à éviter ou activer sur les projets Ecrit et suit l’application des règles de gestion en lien avec les métiers Garantit le passage des dossiers pour validation selon la gouvernance adéquate Assure la performance financière des projets immobiliers de son portefeuille Assure le suivi périodique de la performance financière des projets, des business plans et des bilans d’opérations pour l’investisseur et pour Nhood Met en place les outils permettant le suivi et pilotage de l’activité, en prenant en compte les spécificités des métiers et des projets (trajectoire financière des mandants, suivi des honoraires, …) Etudie les offres d’acquisitions et de cessions des parties prenantes externes à nos projets Optimise le BFR des projets par le bon suivi du financement Optimise le plan de trésorerie en amont et au fil des jalons des projets Identifie les opportunités de retraits des fonds propres et de remontées de la marge Garantit le respect des ratios financiers des actionnaires et des banques et alerte en cas de dérive.
