Required design experience includes: * Municipal streets * Drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers * ADA-compliant sidewalks * And other municipal infrastructure projects * Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates  Candidates experience will include the following:  * Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control) * Management of project schedules and budgets * Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work * Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.  AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience required. Position generally requires extensive experience, demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of public works infrastructure projects and in interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies.   A good driving record is a must.
