Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution. • Supervise slope stabilization, soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion structures, retaining structures, and associated civil works. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules. • Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. • Review drawings, method statements, and technical documents before execution. • Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors at site. • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Ensure proper documentation, measurement, billing support, and project records. • Implement environmental, health, and safety requirements at the project site. • Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities. Educational Qualification: • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
