Responsibilities Oversight and Management Administers the activity of the Center on a day-to-day basis and assists the Center Director, faculty, and trainees to achieve their goals. Manages and supervises project teams and facilitates interactions among faculty, staff, and trainees in each Center. Coordinates research, community engagement, education and outreach, and research translation activities across the Center by actively engaging with the faculty, trainees and outside stakeholders. Defines project mission and vision, establishes strategic alignment, and identifies stakeholders in partnership with the leadership teams of each Center. Manages project portfolios in line with business strategies and in accordance with project management standards. Periodically conducts meetings with stakeholders to schedule and coordinate activities in the Center on a weekly, monthly and annual basis as determined in collaboration with the leadership team of the Center. Establishes goals for project delivery and prepares and submits monthly (as needed) and annual progress reports to NIH. Manages projects in line with business strategies.
