Lead the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Mentor and inspire project team members—project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors alike. Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring accountability and high-quality delivery. Monitor budgets and control costs, making sure projects stay financially healthy. Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Ensure compliance with project specs, building codes, and safety standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices. Lead project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned. Resolve conflicts or challenges quickly and effectively, keeping projects on track. Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and approve invoices as needed. Develop and maintain project documentation—schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare regular status updates and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
