  • Experience: 2-4 years

REQUIREMENTS

  • Construction and interior renovation experience with demonstrated ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of materials related to interior renovation and building maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and communication.
  • A highly motivated self starter who possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Manage materials for delivery to jobsite with handling of materials periodically.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Valid full G Driver’s licence.
  • Their own vehicle
