Job Description: The Senior Project Manager plays a leading role in the development and delivery of large-scale energy storage projects, supporting renewable energy growth and grid stability. The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end project execution, acting as a trusted partner to customers and stakeholders to consistently meet or exceed expectations. Reporting to the Fluence ANZ Director of Projects, this role suits an autonomous and pragmatic professional experienced in delivering large-scale EPC projects within a global, matrixed environment. Experience in energy storage is advantageous but not essential—an agile mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-led environment is key.
