As a HRIS Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, optimization, and support of monday.com's HR technology landscape. You will collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, C&B, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into system requirements, and manage projects to deliver effective HR tech solutions. This role involves both the analytical aspects of understanding business processes and system capabilities, as well as the project management skills to drive successful implementations and improvements. About The Role Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for People technology solutions. Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR systems and modules. Manage HRIS projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. Develop and execute test plans for system implementations and upgrades. Support system integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications. Contribute to the automation of HR workflows to enhance efficiency. Create and maintain user documentation and provide training to system users. Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
