Beschrijving van het bedrijf Als Junior Bouwkundig Inspecteur bij SGS Search heb je een afwisselende rol: het ene moment sta je bij de klant op locatie om een inspectie uit te voeren, het volgende moment werk je op kantoor of vanuit huis aan je rapportages en adviezen. Zo combineer je het contact met opdrachtgevers met het zorgvuldig uitwerken van je bevindingen. Je komt terecht bij de grootste asbestspecialist van Nederland, binnen de afdeling Gevaarlijke Stoffen. Die afdeling is bewust breder opgezet: naast asbest werken we ook aan projecten met andere gevaarlijke stoffen, blootstellingsonderzoeken en adviestrajecten in vastgoed en industrie. Daarmee bouw je aan een toekomstbestendige carrière. En goed om te weten: wij leiden je volledig op! Functieomschrijving Je begint als junior in ons team en volgt een opleidingstraject tot gecertificeerd DIA-inspecteur. Met begeleiding van ervaren collega’s groei je stap voor stap naar zelfstandigheid. Jouw taken bestaan uit: Het bezoeken van locaties en inventariseren van asbesttoepassingen Het uitvoeren van metingen en nemen van monsters Het verwerken van bevindingen tot een helder onderzoeksrapport Het schrijven van adviezen voor opdrachtgevers Het meedraaien in calamiteitendiensten (gemiddeld 5 keer per jaar) Naast asbest kom je in aanraking met bredere projecten binnen de afdeling Gevaarlijke Stoffen, bijvoorbeeld in de industrie of bij groot vastgoed.
