Job Description Position Summary The Benefits Coordinator is a key member of the Total Rewards Team, supporting the administration of employee benefit programs across the organization. The Benefits Coordinator supports general HR and Benefits inquiries via an HR inbox and supports employee benefits troubleshooting, helping ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive employee experience across a multi-state workforce. This role also acts as a back up support for employee leaves of absence. The Benefits Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Total Rewards.
