Du bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden (m/w/d), Vertrieb und internen Fachbereichen und sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge im Payment‑Umfeld zuverlässig, korrekt und gemäß interner Vorgaben umgesetzt werden. Dabei verbindest du eine ausgeprägte Service‑ und Qualitätsorientierung mit einer strukturierten, sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise und behältst auch bei hohem Anfragevolumen den Überblick.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Compliance, IT, Finance und Product Management begleitest du Kunden (m/w/d) - von der Auftragserfassung über das Onboarding bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in unseren Systemen.

Dabei stellst du eine hohe Prozess‑ und Datenqualität sicher und trägst aktiv dazu bei, Abläufe transparent, effizient und nachhaltig zu gestalten.   • E2E‑Onboarding: Du verantwortest das vollständige Onboarding neuer Kunden inklusive Datenerfassung, KYC‑Prüfung und technischem Setup in unseren Systemen.
  • Order Management: Du wickelst eingehende Aufträge unserer Kunden, Partner und des Direktvertriebs im Bereich Payment eigenständig ab.
  • Vertrags- & Bestandskundenmanagement: Du setzt Erweiterungen bestehender Kundenvereinbarungen systemseitig um.
