Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Addresses minor corrective performance concerns with team members; refers more serious cases to the Account Manager and/or District Manager. Provide follow-up on requests and concerns. Identify issues and opportunities during the course of their work and escalate as needed to Account Manager and/or District Manager. Other duties as assigned. Communicates building changes. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a supervisory capacity preferred. Education Must be 18 years of age. Work Environment/Hours A part-time or full-time non-exempt (hourly) position. Physical Requirements Ability to lift items of up to 35 lbs. while moving around and perform other physical duties (i.e., climb ladder, lifting, bending). Be able to adapt and work as a team to ensure daily tasks, project work, requests and work orders are completed on time and within company expectations.
