Right now, the program is experiencing exciting growth across the country, and you will drive assessment, assurance and provision of recommendations and advice on alignment of Minor Vessels Support Systems specific to vessels undertaking both maintenance and operational tasking. The Role Oversee the implementation, maintenance, review, and improvement of the maintenance management system. Meet established key performance indicators for technical compliance and contributing to production and program management key performance indicators. Management of maintenance personnel, including recruitment and selection, technical and professional development of maintenance personnel, career development advice, and providing input to performance management and development activities. Other duties as deemed relevant to program and operational requirements and within the technical competency of the position. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; securing Raytheon’s reputation as a trusted partner in delivering systems integration and mission support solutions to our customers.
