What You Will Do: Develop and execute advocacy communications strategies to advance RTX defense policy and business priorities leveraging thought leadership, media relations, marketing, third party advocacy, crisis response, digital advocacy, and coalition building. Ensure advocacy strategies align with RTX Business Unit, RTX Communications and Global Government Relations goals and are supported by performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Partner closely with the RTX Communications centers of excellence (COEs) and subject matter experts in Global Government Relations and the Business Units to drive and shape policy outcomes through Public Affairs solutions reaching the Executive branch, U.S. Congress, U.S. Department of Defense. Support policy-focused thought leadership to position RTX as a thought leader in key defense issues.
