REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” Level and above
  • Preferably with past related experience in the frontline with a positive attitude and with good telephone etiquette
  • Multitasking skill is essential for this position
  • Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment

Responsibilities
  • Be the first friendly face to greet the employees and visitors
  • Responsible for all concierge duties which includes attending to all incoming guests and internal employees’ requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing couriers’ services and sorting of incoming mails and parcels
  • Liaising with departments and ensure that stakeholders’ meetings are well hosted and executed in an orderly and timely manner
  • Coordinating with relevant personnel to ensure meeting rooms are always neat and tidy
  • Maintain overall office appearance as a normal practice
  • Support Office and Facility Management when required
  • Any other duties assigned
