We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Referral Receptionist at Chestergates Referral Specialists.
Location: Chester
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday with a share in the Weekend and Bank Holiday rota

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

• Answering phones and booking appointments
• Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
• Registering new clients
• Completing insurance forms
• Taking payments
• And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
