We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our clinic team as a Receptionist. As the face of our clinic, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Billing: Manage the billing process efficiently and accurately, ensuring that clients are billed correctly and all transactions are recorded appropriately in our system.
  • Answering Calls and Emails: Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued upon their arrival.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Engage with clients, team members, and visitors in a positive and professional manner, demonstrating active listening and effective communication.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling client needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the clinic experience.
  • Multitasking: Effectively manage various tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, attending to guests, handling administrative duties, and assisting team members as needed.
  • Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong problem-solving skills and empathy to address conflicts or concerns that may arise, aiming to find amicable solutions and maintain a positive atmosphere in the clinic.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented setting.
