This opportunity is designed for high-performing sales professionals who are comfortable working independently, managing their own schedules, and being compensated based on results. This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere. You will have complete flexibility regarding when and where you work; however, this is a performance-driven role with clear expectations for business development activity, pipeline generation, and revenue production. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships within the healthcare recruiting industry Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, and relationship development Build relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, clinical directors, and operations leaders Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and close new business opportunities Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through signed agreement Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet performance expectations Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support successful client implementation and ongoing account growth Required Qualifications Candidates who do not meet the following requirements will not be considered.
