The Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-first Recruiting Coordinator to join our People team in a temporary capacity, reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager. As Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the operational engine behind a high-volume clinical hiring program, ensuring every candidate moves through the process with speed, accuracy, and care. You will work closely with the Senior Recruiting Manager to support logistics across scheduling, offer letters, compliance administration, and candidate communications for our Clinical Care team. The Clinical Care team delivers clinical services directly to our customers, and the Recruiting Coordinator plays an essential role in keeping that team staffed and supported. Every interaction you have with a candidate reflects Arine's values and shapes their experience with our brand.
