Mais si cela résonne en toi… Monte à bord. 🎯 Ton objectif Le Responsable Comptes Clés en Hôtellerie / Restauration chez Steeple est le garant du développement de la valeur au sein de nos clients stratégiques. Ton rôle : gérer un portefeuille sectorisé de comptes clés, travailler avec les sièges nationaux et régionaux, et faire grandir le revenu récurrent de Steeple en déployant la solution dans l’ensemble des entités du groupe. Véritable chef d’orchestre, tu coordonnes les actions en interne avec les équipes commerciales, marketing, produit et consulting pour maximiser l’impact. 👉 Ton indicateur de réussite : tu dois permettre à ton portefeuille de générer 800 000 € de revenu récurrent supplémentaire par an. 💪 Tes missions Identifier les problématiques et les enjeux de tes clients pour lesquels la communication interne constitue un levier d’action. Développer ton portefeuille de comptes clés et étendre l’usage de Steeple au sein de ces comptes. Nouer des relations stratégiques avec les sièges nationaux et régionaux des clients, en t’adaptant aux enjeux sectoriels et organisationnels. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de développement sur chacun de tes comptes clés. Coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes (marketing, produit, consulting) pour délivrer une expérience client homogène et performante. Négocier et conclure des accords stratégiques, incluant des contrats-cadres nationaux ou sectoriels. Assurer un reporting régulier et piloter tes KPI’s (ARR généré, croissance du portefeuille, adoption et satisfaction client). 🔎 Ce que nous recherchons chez toi Tu sais travailler en autonomie et tu as le goût de la responsabilité.
