Ce que nous pouvons accomplir ensemble : Au sein de l’équipe du service support, votre rôle sera d’accompagner nos clients professionnels de l’hôtellerie et du tourisme sur la bonne installation, utilisation et compréhension de notre solution logicielle. Grâce à votre expertise, vous deviendrez le complice de leur réussite en les conseillant sur la manière optimale d’utiliser et maîtriser nos solutions. Vous contribuerez ainsi à leur satisfaction. Après une période d’intégration et de formation, vos missions principales seront : Configurer et activer les comptes clients après validation commerciale. Analyser les besoins via un questionnaire dédié et paramétrer les environnements. Réaliser les formations clients à distance (3 sessions par client, 1h30 à 2h chacune). Assurer un suivi régulier du bon déploiement.
