Descrição do emprego Buscamos profissional para atuar como ponto focal nas atividades relacionadas à área financeira, controlando os lançamentos realizados, a fim de garantir os pagamentos de todas as despesas da área. Suas principais atividades; Criação de RCs, PCs e acompanhamento com time de suprimentos ao processo de compras. Entrada de notas fiscais de venda com remessa futura através da transação – MIGO. Lançamento de NFs e acompanhamento com time fiscal até o pagamento ao fornecedor. Reclassificação de custos quando necessário. Controle ADM e financeiro das obras, criação e manutenção de relatórios e apresentação em reports periódicos. Controle de lançamentos e report dos gastos relativos ao centro de custos da engenharia. Realizar lançamentos de notas fiscais através do VTIN para pagamentos à fornecedores de materiais e serviços. Realizar abertura de chamados via sistema SBS para pagamentos de Guias de impostos diversos, solitação de comprovantes, antecipação de pagamento, entre outros, obedecendo os prazos estipulados. Realizar acompanhamento mensal dos prestadores de serviços que estão sob contrato de forma antecipada, para faturamento e pagamento. Garantir que as Notas Fiscais de prestação de serviço e materias sejam lançadas no mês de competência e pagas dentro do prazo estabelecido. Monitorar os pedidos de compra em aberto e solicitar o encerramento dos mesmos quando necessário. Acompanhar RCs abertas e SLA de atendimento de suprimentos para o departamento de projetos. Apoiar quando necessário no atendimento as filiais quanto às dúvidas nos processos e procedimentos administrativos financeiros, obedecendo e instruindo sobre às normas e politica interna LDC. Solicitar cadastros de fornecedores e clientes e cadastro/expansão de materiais e serviços (abertura de chamado SBS Online). Atuar em pendências de notas fiscais (fluxo financeiro) do SPED Fiscal para devidas regularizações.
