La risorsa sarà inserita in un’importante realtà industriale impegnata nello sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici di ultima generazione nell’area di Catania. La risorsa sarà focalizzata sull'esecuzione di audit di linea, sulla verifica della compliance dei controlli eseguiti e sulla redazione di reportistica tecnica per il monitoraggio delle performance e delle azioni correttive. Responsabilità Chiave Line Audit & Assessment: Eseguire audit periodici e assessment lungo le linee di produzione per verificare la corretta applicazione delle procedure e l'efficienza delle stazioni di controllo. Verifica dei Controlli in Linea (Scheduled vs. Executed): Supportare la verifica sistematica dei controlli effettuati in linea, monitorando lo scostamento tra quanto pianificato e quanto effettivamente eseguito. Gestione Non Conformità: Analizzare le non conformità rilevate su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti, supportando l'identificazione delle azioni correttive necessarie. Reporting e Monitoraggio: Redigere report periodici che forniscano una visione chiara sull'andamento dei controlli, sulle azioni intraprese, sul relativo status di avanzamento e sull'efficacia del monitoraggio. Supervisione Qualità di Processo: Monitorare le diverse fasi della produzione dei moduli fotovoltaici per garantire l'aderenza agli standard stabiliti. Gestione Documentale: Supportare l'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica relativa alla qualità di prodotto e ai processi di controllo. Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Elettronica, Chimica) o lauree in ambiti affini. Esperienza Professionale: Minimo 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi in ambito qualità (QA/QC). Saranno presi in considerazione anche candidati provenienti da contesti industriali differenti da quello fotovoltaico. Analisi Dati: Buona capacità di interpretazione dati e conoscenza di base degli strumenti di miglioramento continuo (es. Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, MSA) Conoscenze Normative: Conoscenza della norma ISO 9001:2015.
