You will play a key role to identify, structure, and support the delivery of cross-portfolio initiatives, working closely with clients, PMO, and delivery teams to ensure effective implementation and measurable benefits. You will also develop bundling initiative scope sheets, coordinate handover to delivery teams, monitor implementation through regular touchpoints, and establish reporting to track and communicate realised benefits. Ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on support to clients in real estate, property or asset portfolio environments, particularly across capital works, facilities management or asset optimisation programs 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar consulting role, or relevant experience within real estate, infrastructure or portfolio management environments Sector experience in retail, corporate occupier, or broader private sector environments is preferred, but not required.
