Comment ce rôle contribue à la mission d'Elfie En commençant d'abord par le Centre Anti-Diabétique d'Abidjan (INSP), ce rôle aide à moderniser les hôpitaux de Côte d'Ivoire en transférant les dossiers patients papier sur ordinateur et en formant le personnel médical à notre nouveau logiciel, ElfieCare. Ce que vous ferez au quotidien 1. Saisir les dossiers sur ordinateur Taper ou dicter les données : Vous prendrez l'historique papier d'un patient et vous le taperez (ou utiliserez la dictée vocale) directement dans le logiciel ElfieCare. Atteindre votre objectif quotidien : Il s'agit d'une semaine de travail standard de 40 heures (du lundi au vendredi), avec pour objectif principal de saisir avec précision 100 dossiers patients par jour. Vérifier deux fois votre travail : Vous devrez relire chaque dossier avant de l'enregistrer pour vous assurer qu'absolument rien ne manque. La précision est primordiale ici. 2. Former et aider l'équipe médicale Leur montrer comment ça marche : Vous formerez personnellement les médecins, les infirmières et le personnel hospitalier à l'utilisation d'ElfieCare. Régler les petits pépins techniques du quotidien : Lorsqu'un médecin ou une infirmière est bloqué ou rencontre un bug, vous serez là pour l'aider. S'il s'agit d'un problème technique plus complexe, vous le transmettrez à notre équipe d'assistance technique. 3. Rester organisé(e) Suivre les étapes : Vous utiliserez les procédures standards d'Elfie pour la saisie des données afin que tout reste cohérent. Tenir votre manager au courant : À la fin de chaque journée, vous ferez un point rapide avec votre chef de projet pour l'informer si quoi que ce soit vous empêche d'avancer dans votre travail. Protéger la confidentialité des patients : Les informations des patients sont très personnelles. Vous devez garder strictement confidentiel tout ce que vous voyez et entendez, exactement comme le ferait un médecin ou une infirmière.
