We are seeking a Site Compliance Specialist who can provide compliance processing and oversight to our affordable PBS8 community. Our ideal candidates are driven by policies and deadlines. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has strong experience in Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) and LIHTC programs. Should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work on a consistent basis, while demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times. Candidate must be able to work as part of a team, or can work independently with little oversight. Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service! The Details: Our Site Compliance Specialist works closely with our corporate compliance and property management team to ensure that the property complies with all Federal, State, and County rules and regulations. Specific duties include: Under the direction of the Community Manager, complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents in accordance with Monroe policy and procedures Maintain resident and property files and waiting lists Maintains accurate reporting as required per various agency and program requirements Audits and prepares the property for LIHTC, MOR, and other reviews Ensures compliance with EIV requirements Performs all other duties as assigned Where is the job located?
