Description du poste En raison de l’expansion continue de nos activités dans le secteur IST (Industrie, Science & Technologie) en France, nous cherchons à recruter des personnes ayant de l’expérience en Etude de prix sur des projets de construction de Data Center. - Réaliser l’estimation financière du projet, de la phase Faisabilité aux phases plus avancées (APS, APD, PRO). - Veiller à la satisfaction du client en respectant le budget alloué pour le projet, en s’appuyant sur des outils clés (estimation, reporting, projection et benchmarking financier précis). - Accomplir les études de faisabilité, demandes de prix aux fournisseurs ainsi qu’aux autres intervenants du projet. - Conseiller sur les différentes méthodes d’appels d’offre. - Préparer le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE), analyser les offres et rédiger la recommandation (ACT). - Estimer, négocier et gérer les travaux modificatifs tout au long du projet. - Gérer l’impact des aléas sur les coûts du projet, suivre le budget. - Être un point de contact clé avec le client ainsi qu’avec les autres intervenants à toutes les étapes du projet. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de Projet et le tenir informé à toutes les étapes du projet. Qualifications Diplôme en Économie de la Construction, diplôme d’ingénieur, ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la construction. Vous êtes mobile (déplacement à prévoir sur site). Vous montrez un intérêt réel pour la gestion financière d’un projet et ses outils, ainsi que pour le secteur de la construction dans sa globalité. Flexible, autonome, avide d'apprendre, accessible, sachant travailler en équipe. Vous avez une appétence pour les chiffres et la gestion des budgets. Vous êtes bilingue Français et Anglais. Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles pour rédiger les reportings dans les deux langues. Bonne maîtrise du pack Office.
