As we scale, we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Production Manager (Trainee) to join our leadership pipeline and grow into a key role within our team.

THE ROLE

As an Assistant Production Manager (Trainee), you’ll learn every aspect of the production process — from quoting and materials sourcing to scheduling and quality control — with a goal of stepping into a leadership position. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and senior team, supporting day-to-day operations while learning how to lead a small production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with planning and scheduling daily production runs
• Support team coordination to ensure on-time project delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and help order materials as needed
• Learn to operate and troubleshoot equipment (e.g., wide-format printers, laminators, cutters)
• Help maintain high standards of quality control and workplace safety
• Participate in project quoting and cost estimation
• Communicate with design, sales, and installation teams to coordinate workflow
• Contribute to process improvements and lean production practices
• Shadow the Production Manager and gradually take on supervisory duties
