The Head of Real Estate ensures the country business operates efficiently, delivers high quality outcomes for clients, and remains aligned with Turner & Townsend’s Purpose, Values, and Vision. This role requires strong operational judgement, collaboration, and leadership behaviours to support the regional objectives across the applicable cost centre, sector, segment, or project environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and execute regional and global strategies locally, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives, priorities, and standards. Provide local market insight, performance data, and risk input to the Regional Director to inform decision making. Support regional initiatives and transformation programmes, including agreed priorities such as data, technology, and net zero. Ensure consistent application of company policies, operating models, and governance frameworks Financial & Commercial Management Manage country financial performance in line with agreed budgets and targets, under the oversight of the Regional Director. Monitor revenue, cost, utilisation, and margin performance, escalating risks and variances as appropriate. Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement agreed corrective actions to maintain financial discipline and performance. Business Development & Client Support Support local business development activities, aligned to regional market priorities and client strategies. Maintain and develop key client relationships locally, acting as relationship lead for selected accounts where agreed. Contribute to proposal development, bids, and client presentations in collaboration with regional and global teams. Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery that supports client retention and repeat business.
