This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture while ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains diverse talent. We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative leader who can influence executive stakeholders, drive organizational effectiveness, and create future-ready talent systems.  This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Chief People Officer. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
