Director of Physical Therapy Position Overview A Woodstock, VA outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a Director of Physical Therapy for a full-time leadership position. The role offers $90,000-$120,000 per year and follows a steady Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. Why This Role Matters Patients come to physical therapy because they want practical progress. They may be recovering from surgery, managing pain, rebuilding strength, or trying to return to work, sports, or daily routines. As the Director of Physical Therapy, you will help guide that process from the first evaluation through discharge. You will also support the clinical team, help maintain care standards, and keep the clinic running with clear communication and structure.
