Location: Purcellville, VA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year Position: Full-Time Job Summary The Physical Therapist Director plays an important role in how patients and staff experience the clinic each day. Patients need thoughtful evaluations, clear treatment plans, and progress they can understand. Staff need direction, communication, and support during busy clinic days. This role brings both together. You will treat patients, guide the team, review documentation, and help ensure the clinic continues to deliver organized, high-quality outpatient care.
