Au sein d’une équipe du service support composée de 3 personnes, votre rôle sera d’accompagner nos clients négociateurs immobilier au sein d'un Office Notarial sur la bonne utilisation et compréhension de nos solutions logicielles. Grâce à votre expertise, vous deviendrez le complice de leur réussite en les conseillant sur la manière optimale d’utiliser et maîtriser nos solutions. Vous contribuerez ainsi à leur satisfaction. Après une période d’intégration et de formation, vos missions principales seront : Réceptionner et prendre en charge les demandes par téléphone ou par email Analyser via un outil de prise en main à distance, les problèmes rencontrés sur le logiciel, Dépanner et/ou proposer des solutions et conseils, accompagner les utilisateurs dans leur mise en application, Suivre les demandes jusqu'à leurs résolutions et en informer les clients, Mettre en place des actions correctrices avec les autres services si nécessaire Améliorer de manière quotidienne la qualité de service auprès de nos clients (temps de rappel, traitement ...)
