ABOUT THE ROLE…

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Hardware Manager to lead and support our retail and trade hardware operations across South Australia and the Northern Territory. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, regional sales performance, supplier relationships, and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage hardware store operations across multiple locations within SA & NT
• Drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with national strategy
• Partner with store managers and regional leaders to deliver consistent retail and trade excellence
• Provide coaching and leadership to the frontline and management staff to foster growth and engagement
• Implement and monitor compliance with health & safety, inventory control, and merchandising standards
• Analyse regional sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and central support to ensure product availability and competitiveness
