Description du poste Au sein de la division Opérations de notre activité Raccords, vous accompagnez notre Coordinateur Méthodes Industrialisation Raccords Monde pour faire le lien entre le développement produit et les opérations industrielles, en veillant à ce que les nouveaux produits et leurs évolutions soient conçus en visant l'excellence industrielle, la robustesse et tout en garantissant des scénarios industriels scalables. Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes : Mettre en place et veiller à l’application des principes Design for Manufacturing & Assembly Challenger les concepts produits afin de garantir des process robustes, répétables et industrialisables à grande échelle Définir les besoins en moyens industriels et budgets associés (CapEX) Garantir l'alignement entre les exigences produits, clients, et la capabilité des procédés Supporter les phases de prototypes, pré série et lancement Identifier et évaluer les risques industriels Contribuer aux AMDEC, plans de contrôle, validation FAI Assurer la conformité avec les standards interne Capitaliser les retours d'expérience et être facilitateur dans le partage inter-sites Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Méthodes Industrialisation des différents sites sur le déploiement et l'exécution de la stratégie industrielle de développement des nouveaux produits Mobilité : Déplacements occasionnels en France et à l’international Qualifications Formation : Bac+5 type école d’ingénieur à dominante mécanique Expérience : 10 ans minimum dans un environnement industriel sur un poste à dominante industrialisation de nouveaux produits dans une organisation internationale. Connaissances particulières : Procédés de fabrication : Usinage (tournage, fraisage...), petite et grande série Techniques d'assemblage (Vissage, collage, soudure, sertissage, étanchéité...)
