Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Grands comptes France (H/F) afin de renforcer notre présence sur le terrain et accélérer notre croissance. Description du poste Le responsable grands comptes est en charge du développement du chiffre d’affaires et des parts de marchés, par la promotion de l'ensemble des gammes Prevost en France dans le respect de la stratégie commercial de l'entreprise. Missions principales : Développement commercial : Gérer et développer le chiffre d'affaires des clients grands comptes existants (revues régulières, visites, mise en place et suivi des plans d’action). Initier et suivre le référencement produit au sein des enseignes et centrales dans les segments Industrie, Automobile, et Quincaillerie-Bâtiment. Analyser les offres des clients (catalogues, sites web) pour identifier des actions de référencement et d’implémentation. Proposer des actions commerciales impactantes suite à l’analyse des ventes par compte. Identifier de nouveaux grands comptes potentiels (intégrateurs OEM). Coordonner les actions commerciales en collaboration avec le Responsable des Ventes France, l’IKAM et les équipes commerciales. Participer à l’élaboration et négociation des contrats distributeurs avec le Chef des Ventes. Animation des réseaux de distribution : Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement conformes à la politique commerciale de l’entreprise. Mettre en place des actions promotionnelles avec les distributeurs nationaux. Favoriser une relation efficace avec les clients en veillant à leur engagement sur les plans d’action établis. Proposer des produits/solutions adaptées aux besoins clients et former les distributeurs pour maximiser leur potentiel. Communication et coordination interne : Collaborer avec les services supports (ADV, marketing, logistique, qualité…) pour assurer le bon déroulement des projets. S’assurer de la cohérence et de la qualité des informations produit (PIM), et structurer des offres commerciales claires et pertinentes. Réaliser des prévisions de vente (forcast) via SIOP afin d’anticiper les besoins en stock. Reporting et performance commerciale : Exploiter quotidiennement le CRM (suivi des opportunités, reporting, prévisions de chiffre d’affaires) pour piloter l’activité Grands Comptes. Analyser les données CRM pour identifier les leviers de croissance et alimenter les plans d’action commerciaux. Expérience appréciée dans les secteurs de l'industrie, de la distribution professionnelle, de l'automobile ou de la quincaillerie-bâtiment. Compétences en vente et négociation, développement commercial et gestion de réseaux de distribution. Capacité à suivre des projets, Organisation, Autonomie, Aisance relationnelle, Dynamisme, Maitriser l'Anglais professionnel est indispensable. Maîtrise des outils CRM et des indicateurs de performance commerciale. Maitrise des outils informatiques Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (analyses de ventes, conception de tableaux de bord). Capacité à préparer et présenter des analyses synthétiques via PowerPoint à destination des Grands Comptes.
