Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. Oversee test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure testability of new features and continuous quality improvements. Enable and enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and automation guidelines. Conduct risk assessments, drive regression strategies, and coordinate release readiness. Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of quality ownership within the team. Contribute to documentation, quality reports, and engineering process improvements. Monitor and analyze test results to identify patterns and areas for improvement. Mentor team members on test automation best practices. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 3 years focused on test automation. Strong hands-on automation skills with tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or similar. Solid understanding of web application architecture (frontend + backend).
