Being a Brow Expert in the company, you will be trained and certified on the unique skillset of brows & facial waxing on top of having the best knowledge on make-up application techniques, tips & tricks as well as be exposed to a wide range of make-up products. A Brow Expert will also be able to build up their own base of regular customers to ensure that you have a constant flow of customers. Responsibilities: Demonstrate the use of brand’s make up products & services Market & Sell brand’s products & services Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members. Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns Perfectly identify customer’s skin condition and recommend the right products Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers’ engagement Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction Arrange appointments for return services Maintain counter cleanliness Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all time.
