Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident. Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered. Respond to the resident emergency call system. Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services. Accompany physicians when making rounds. Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence.
