This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel. Department Summary: Neuroscience (7W) is a 28-bed neuroscience unit. We primarily care for strokes, seizures, and neurosurgery patients. This unit has hardwired telemetry. We are typically caring for patients in their post-acute phase. Safe, patient-centered care is the highest priority on 7W. Candidate should possess good critical thinking, and multitasking and prioritization skills. Candidate must have a clean work record with no “written warnings” within the last 6 months.
