Benson Heights Rehabilitation Center in Kent is now hiring experienced Registered Nurses RNs!   $48.00 - $53.00 /hr  On- Call schedules available     We specialize in the care of residents who have psychiatric and behavioral health care needs. Which means most of our residents are mentally ill (schizophrenic, bipolar, etc.), on top of their medical illnesses. We have an in-house mental health program and have mental health case managers who handle behavioral interventions and care planning.   Full-time are eligible for: * 401K * Medical, Dental & Vision * FSA & Dependent Care FSA * Life Insurance * AD&D, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability * Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity * Legal Benefits, Identity Theft Protection * Pet Insurance and Auto/Home Insurance. Credit is given for years as an LPN** Responsibilities Responsible for the independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit. Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current, unencumbered Georgia state RN license, along with current BLS/ACLS certification. A minimum of two years of medical/surgical experience is preferred, and previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting, particularly in ophthalmology, is beneficial.
