Detailed Job Requirements & Working Conditions: Physical Demands Team members must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum). Listing and carrying requirements include: Lifting: Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high. Carrying: Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances. Movement: Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force). Dexterity: Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making). Working Conditions & Hazards Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with exposure to: Temperatures: Extreme ranges from 36°F (walk-in cooler) to 90°F+ (kitchen) and up to 500°F (ovens). Environment: Exposure to cornmeal dust, food fumes, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
