Collaborate with PDS and RE teams on capital projects, renovations, and tenant improvements. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize vendor performance and contract governance. Overseer of IFM program services, responsible for coordinating maintenance, EH&S, and vendor supervision. Manage MAC initiatives and enhance space utilization strategies throughout worldwide locations. Work together with PDS and Real Estate teams on renovations, expansions, and capital project programs. 5+ years in strategic workplace planning, facility operations, or real estate program management.
