What you'll be doing Designing lifecycle programs to drive partners to transact and keep transacting with Prospa (using our Martech tool Braze). Developing creative messaging and communication plans to assist Intermediary Channels attract and engage partners. Collaborating with PR Manager on content and trade press engagement. Deliver communication across one-to-one channels such as messaging in the app and portal, push notifications, email, SMS, live chat, and calls. Communication programs are developed in collaboration with other Sales departments to deliver and support business objectives and Product Tribes to deliver product experience objectives. Collaborating with Product teams to optimise the partner experience particularly around automated journeys. Business Lead for the MarTech platform (Braze and Segment) for Partner Experience and being subject matter expert on data flows within these systems. Providing reporting, analysis and recommendations for improvement on campaign activities What you'll need to succeed 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM and Marketing Automation.
